Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order summary via email. When your order has been packed and dispatched, we will notify you with a confirmation message.

Shipping Methods

We offer reliable shipping services through trusted courier partners. Your order will be delivered directly to your provided address. Please ensure that your address details are accurate to avoid any delivery issues.

Cash on Delivery

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery.

Tracking Your Order

After your order has been shipped, a tracking number (if available) will be provided via email or SMS. You can use this number to check the delivery status of your package on the courier’s website.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may contact you to reschedule or attempt redelivery. In some cases, the package may be returned to us if multiple delivery attempts fail.
